1 MATERIAL
The process begins with high-quality raw materials. We use plain and serrated steel bearing bars and square twisted cross bars.
2 ELECTRO-FORGED WELDING
The bearing and cross bars are joined using a high-voltage electro-forging process, creating a strong, permanent bond.
3 CUTTING
The large welded panels are then cut to the precise dimensions required by the client using a heavy-duty band saw.
4 END PLATE WELDING
To finish the edges, a flat steel end plate is manually welded onto the cut sections of the grating.
5 HOT DIP GALVANIZING
The finished grating is then dipped into a bath of molten zinc. This hot dip galvanizing process provides a durable, corrosion-resistant coating.
6 FINISHING & PACKING
After cooling and inspection, the galvanized gratings are neatly stacked on pallets and securely wrapped for protection during transport.
7 FINAL SHIPMENT
Finally, the packaged pallets are loaded onto transport vehicles for delivery to our customers.
